- Digital Products (e.g., Downloads, Presets, Courses)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Digital downloads (e.g., photo presets, stock images)
- Online courses or tutorials
- eBooks or templates
We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed.
However, if you encounter issues such as a corrupted file or inaccessible content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist you in resolving any technical problems.
- Physical Products (e.g., Prints, Merchandise)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide proof of purchase and a clear photo of the item and packaging
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Photography Services (e.g., Sessions, Custom Shoots)
Refund eligibility for photography sessions is based on the timing and nature of the cancellation:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may qualify for a full or partial refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds
If The Digital Photo Factory cancels or reschedules a session for any reason, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Custom projects or services may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
